This article is based on the Fast Bowlers from New Zealand. It beautifully tells how many fast bowlers came up from New Zealand but was laid low by a string of injuries and other reasons. It was a shortcoming on the part of New Zealand cricket board who could not provide the bowlers with facilities to practice for longer spells of continuous bowling so that they are fully prepared mentally as well physically to face and stand up to the rigours of international cricket. They should lay out a complete action plan while keeping points mentioned below in mind. They should be proper facilities round the year to the fast bowlers so that they are motivated enough to play throughout the year and take up the art of fast bowling. This would improve there endurance levels and they wont have to leave New Zealand for county cricket in England to practice while its raining in winters of New Zealand.
